The Villa is located at the intersection of Rt. 30 and East Plain Street in Wayland.

From Rt. 128:
Take Exit 24 to Rt. 30 West. Travel five miles. Bear right at the fork. The Villa is on the right hand side of the road.
From Rt. 9:
Take Rt. 27 North. At 3rd set of light (Starbucks is on the left), turn right onto Rt. 30, Commonwealth Avenue. Follow until you come to Sunrise Assisted Living on your right.
From Framingham, Natick:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike East until you reach the exit for Route 9 East/Framingham. Follow Route 9 East until you reach the exit for Route 126 South. Take 126 South as noted above.
From the Framingham Commuter Rail Station.
The Villa is across the road on your left. Follow Rt. 30 East into Wayland. Cross Route 27. The Villa is on the left-hand side of the road across the street from the Sunrise Assisted Living facility.
From Massachusetts Turnpike
Take Exit 13. Head East on Route 30. Cross Route 27. The Villa is on the left hand side of the road across the street from Sunrise Assisted Living Facility.
